# Can my title company or broker pay Tongo directly?

## Paying Tongo from your commission at closing.

If your title company or broker will pay Tongo from your commission at closing:

1. Contact support before closing to request a payoff amount and payment instructions.
2. Share them with your title company or broker so the payment can be included on the settlement statement.
3. Confirm with us once the payment has been sent.

Payment of the amount you drew plus fees is due within 10 days of your deal closing, whoever sends it.
