# How can I access my future commission?

## It's flexible. You stay in control of how much and when you access funds.

First, submit a pending residential deal that closes within the next 60 days. The Tongo team will review the deal and once approved, you will be able to access the approved amount.  You can  access the full amount or only the amount that you require by transferring funds into your bank account, directly via your dashboard.
