# How do I get an advance on a pending commission?

## Draw up to 75% of a pending commission before closing.

Add a pending deal to your dashboard, and once we approve it you can draw up to 75% of your commission, up to 60 days before closing.

1. Add your pending deal and upload the executed contract.
2. We review it, usually within 1–2 hours and always within 1 business day.
3. Once approved, your available limit appears on your dashboard.
4. Draw what you need by transferring it to your bank account.

Fees start as low as 3% per 30 days and apply only to the amount you use, not your full limit.
