# How much can I advance?

## Up to 75% of your pending commission, up to your limit.

Once approved, you can draw up to 75% of your pending commission, up to your individual limit.

**How your limit is set:** we assess and assign a limit for each agent individually, based on the agent submitting the deal.

Your total across all your deals can't exceed your limit.

You don't have to use your full limit. Fees apply only to what you draw, so drawing only what you need keeps your cost down.
