My payment isn't showing on my account

Payments can take 3–5 business days from the payment date to show on your Tongo account as we need to wait for the funds to settle in our bank account.

If it's been longer than 5 business days:

1. Check with your bank that the payment left your account.
2. Contact support with the payment amount, the payment date, and the property address of the deal it was for.

If your bank returned the payment, we'll contact you to arrange a new one.
