What documents do I need?

To submit a deal, upload the fully executed contract and confirm your commission amount.

For a residential sale:

• The executed purchase agreement, signed by all parties
• Your commission amount on the deal
• The Closing date of the transactions

For a residential lease:

• The executed lease agreement
• Your commission amount on the lease

Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, PNG
