When will my commission arrive?

Your commission will be processed through the Tongo platform after your Brokerage initiates the commission payment. If you have selected ACH as the delivery method, funds will be in your account within 1-3 business days.  If you selected Instant payment, the funds will appear within minutes in the designated account.

Each deposit is divided across your accounts according to your commission split.

If a commission is late:

1. Check with your brokerage that the payment has been released by them.
2. Check that your connected accounts are still active. If you added an account manually, please double-check the Routing and Account number.
3. Contact support with the property address and the expected amount.
