Updating the closing date due to a delay?
We get it, things don't always go as planned.
You can adjust your closing date if it is delayed by clicking on the deal in your dashboard. Then click "Make Changes", select the new closing date in the calendar and click "Save".
- Right side under the calendar, you will find a list of your pending deals.
or list of commissions.
- Click on the deal or View Details
- Click on 'Change Closing Date'
Please note: If you need to change the closing date by more than two weeks or if you need to change the closing date a second time, reach out to us at support@gettongo.com and we can change the date manually from our end. If an extension addendum has been executed please attach it to the email.
