A: Payment is required within 10 days of closing on your deal.
Q: How do I make my payment?
A: You have two options for making your payment:
1. Self-pay on the Tongo dashboard:
- Log into your account click the “Pay Now” option.
- You will then be prompted to select the date you would like to schedule your payment for.
- Next, you will be asked to select or enter the payment amount and select the bank account the payment to be processed from.
- Lastly, you will be asked to confirm the information and then schedule the payment.
Once payment is processed, allow 3-5 business days from the effective date on the payment to reflect on your Tongo account.
2. Speak to a Tongo Representative:
You can speak with a Tongo Representative to schedule your payment. You can call or text us at 929-205-1432, email us at support@gettongo.com, or live chat with one of us at www.gettongo.com.
Once payment is processed, allow 3-5 business days from the effective date on the payment to reflect on your Tongo account.
Q: Can I change the effective date of the payment scheduled?
A: Yes, you can change the effective date of the payment by contacting us a minimum of one business day prior to the date set.
